I know Wimberley Fire Dept. in Texas uses two jet skis. Their site is www.wimberleyfire.com . You might be able to get some info from there.

Try your local PWC dealer as I know some of the departments in my area have been given JetSkis on loan to use for rescue on some sort of donation/grant program. I think it was Kawasaki doing it and they also provided some accessories such as vests and such.

Local Resource in Central Florida
I saw that you are in the Orlando area and wanted to recommend that you check with Steve Lang at the Orange County Sheriffs Office. Steve knows the name of an individual who has offered PWC programs to law enforcement and fire rescue teams in your region.
Another excellent resource would be Marine Rescue Consultants. They can be found online at: www.MarineRescue.com
or you can send e-mail direct to Larry Gibson at: lgibson@marinerescue.com
