Swampscott, MA firefighters required the assistance of several surrounding communities to bring a fire in a large 2-1/2 story wood frame dwelling under control. The fire occurred at about 0630 hrs. on Sunday Morning (7/7/02) and forced firefighters into an exterior attack, as the fire took posession of much of the building.
