Try checking out QuickCodes. They're at quickcodes.com and the program is about $300 I think. My department uses SunPro FireRMS, but that is way too pricey for your department I'm sure. Good luck.

We used to use Firetools many years ago. We now use Fire House. We've have had some problems with it ie.. when updating the new software but, other then that it is a good program to use.
