Looking for some inexpensive ways to get in shape. Don't have the money to go to an air condition gym. And between the heat and the mesquitos in Louisiana out door walking is almost impossible...
So give me some ideas. Need to get in shape.. Can't keep up with my 4 year old son....
Any and all input will be apprehiated..

Try this...It's easy and you can do it a home. Hope this helps.

Hi
Check out "The Firefighters Workout Book" by Michael Stefano. It has some pretty good ideas for working out at home.

I know that you said it is hard to do things outside but..
I bought a used bike at a garage sale and I have two very energetic dogs. We go for a several mile bike ride 4-5 times a week. I work nights so every morning when I get home I go though a set of stretches, not only does it help with flexibility it makes me sleep a lot better and gives me time to unwind.
