Just out of curiosity, what does your department establish as a safe zone on an initial response to a bomb threat? not the actual location of a suspected device but the actual initial on scene staging? Here it is 1,000'uphill/upwind if possible---- just doing some brainstorming and was curious as to how other departments handled this?
