RICHIBUCTO, New Brunswick -- Fire investigators in Richibucto
(RISH'-ih-buck-toh), New Brunswick say a spark from static
electricity and highly flammable paint thinner are behind a blaze
at a chemical plant north of Moncton.
Officials at the Laurentide plant say the fire caused about
one-(m) million dollars in damage.
The blaze forced some nearby residents to leave their homes, but
they have been allowed to return.
R-C-M-P now say three people were injured during the fire.
One person suffered burns to his hands and face while two
firefighters were treated for smoke inhalation. (CJMO) mub (from
