hey, 69-1 was involved also! we had an engine for the FAST Team, and we also sent our rescue to bring extra manpower from our station for overhaul.

I was there, i went with my rescue (6915) and was on the fireground for about 3 hours. Since it was still considered a FAST Team assignment for my station, i had to stay with our pumpers (6912) engineer. Then we went down to get our boys stuff (Air Paks, Tools, lights, etc.) We left our other pumper (6911) back at the house so that anyone who didn't come up for the FAST team call, which always happens when we get that kind of call, could respond to an intown call. Boy was i tired after that.

    Default Sorry 'bout that

Sorry I forgot 69-1. I walked into this one a little late. I work weird hours and was on my to work about 04:20 when I noticed 8-2's house was all lit up - doors open - and about 30 cars in the lot. I thought that strange for that time of the morning. As I continued on I passed 8-1 and same thing except the doors were down. It never occured to me to reach down on the seat and turn on my portable radio. I finally got to work in Lawnside and when I got situated I turned on my scanner in my office and thats when I started hearing everything. So needless to say I was a little late into the job and I may have missed a few companies. Sorry I missed 691 in the credits never herd a radio transmission out of ya's.
