This Saturday night Sept 28th there will be a benefit comedy show for Verdoy FD. It will be held at the New Verdoy Firehouse on Rt. 7 in Latham

HEADLINER: Eddy Clark

FEATURE ACT: Moody Macarthy

Tickets are $15.00 - you can get them at the Mobil on the Run across from Keeler Motors or by calling the firehouse directly at 785-7291. There will be some tickets at the door, but it is encouraged to call before.

BEER, soda and food start at 6pm along with tours of the new station if you would like.

Show starts at 8pm

hope y'all had a good fundraiser...wish it had been announced at the convention! Reading this today was the first i heard about it!!!

The show did ok. We made about $1200 - I think - I haven't heard final stats. I think there was a low turn out because the show on Friday night (27th) has same comedians. They made $5000+ - So having the same comedians two nights in a row don't help. Plus there show was in the boon-docks, where there isn't much else to do - so when things like the show happen everyone goes.

Oh well - we tried - and we all had fun ! ! !
