If any of you read the Weekly World News tabloids,
In my neck of the woods we have a HUGE...MAN-EATING...BOAT SINKING......Carp in our river.
Yes, carp that is what I said. nicknamed "Thor" he has many hooks in his mouth that serve as razor sharp teeth.
Where do they hear this stuff?

I don't know what's scarier..the fact that tabloids like the Weekly World News print this crap, or that people actually buy it and beleive it!
Maybe the "BatBoy" will go fisihing and catch "Thor"!

Update,
Thor has been caught.
A guy as been seen in a late 60's cadillac driving around
with a huge fish strapped to the top.
Of course when our newspaper heard about this they had a field
day with it. The above is what one of the columnists printed.
You know some of the people that buy these tabloids actually believe what they are reading. I'm waiting on an influx of fisherman.
I smell a movie.

One day the thunder god came down to earth to have a dalliance with one of the vestial virgins.
Afterwards he decided to tell her who he was. "I am Thor"
she replied "Tho am I, but it wath fun."Psychiatrists state 1 in 4 people has a mental illness.

"Thor...???" Oh... I'm sorry, I thought you said "More."
If you don't do it RIGHT today, when will you have time to do it over? (Hall of Fame basketball player/coach John Wooden)

Use that in a sentence.

OK fellow fishslayers, help me with this.
While watching a program on some sports channel, I came across a sport called "NOODLEING".
Apparently you "fish" for some sort of mud sucker using only your "hand/arm"?
Maybe this was how THOR was slain, but what's the deal with noodlin'?

BC Firemedic, so far as I know you basically build, or find a pile brush along a embankment of a river(slow moving, muddy, is best) then wait for someone to move in. Someone would be a large catfish. At some point you go back. Wade in. Then reach in with your bare hand and drag the thing out. Some of these fish can exceed 100lbs. You are also in area where alligators live so there is the lucky (tho remote) chance of grabbing one of them too. (See muddy water above) Technique requires you to find the mouth and stick your hand in to grab the lip. All this while feeling around blindly. How much more fun could life be?
Your right hand man, Lefty.
