I just read that human failure not radio failure may have helped contribute to the WTC tragedy.
As a member of our training division, it hurts to think that a few drills could have saved some firefighters. We have had problems when equipment has entered service without the firefighter being fully inserviced, was this the case? Who knows, but like every piece of equipment we use, Every member of your department need to know how it works and what to do in a failure situation.

Thats the P.A. side of the story,The 30 second clip played on the
News means nothing,If they have 78 minutes of tape it should
be released so it could be judged on its own merit and time frame.
As we all know reports are not always accurate in content.re;HoustonI won't be wronged,I won't be insulted,
and I won't be laid a hand on.
I don't do these things to other people
and I require the same from them.
