-0314hrs - W/F - 2061 Travetine Way (Southeast) = Have a R/C fire in SFD. E3, 12, 22, T1, BC3.

-1827hrs - MVA/Ext - Hwy 55(Eagle Rd) & Hobble Creek Rd (West Boise) = Have two auto w/ heavy impact and two extrications required. E10, T6, BC2 - S/C for HR471 (Eagle FD).

-0209hrs - W/F+ - 1200 S. Leadville St #1 (University Dist) = Have a 2-story multi-unit Apartment complex w/ 1-unit going. E3 1, 5, T1, BC1 - S/C for E7 - "All Hands Working".

-1733hrs - W/F - 5207 S. Cheyenne Ave (Southwest) = Have an attic fire in 1-story SFD. E21, 6, 7, WT21, T6, BC2 = "All Hands Working". - unusual event - fire dropped from attic into call space when burning PVC pipes fell inside of walls.


Nov 7th
-1037hrs - W/F - 2008 W. Boise Ave #1 (University Dist) = Have a R/C fire in 1-unit of large college apartment complex. E1, 3, 5, T1, BC1 = "All Hands Working".

-2200hrs - W/F - 1310 Ridenbaugh St (Northend) = Have a storage shed fully involved behind residence. E5, 2, 1, T1, BC1 = E5, 2, BC1 working.

-0612hrs - W/F - 408 E. 46th #15 (Garden City FD) = Have a single wide mobile home 50% involved. E202, 201, 9, T6, BC2 = "All Hands Working".

-0701hrs - W/F - 3900 blk of Overland Rd (South Boise) = Have a fire that started in sign at "Chicago Connection Pizza" and has extended to exterior of bldg (1-story strip mall). E8, 6, 5, T6, BC2 (T6 & BC from E. 46th fire) - E8, T6 working.

Structure Fire - Scottsbluff, Nebraska

11-10-02

2128 Hrs.

1403 4th Avenue
Scottsbluff, Ne

Reported possible structure fire at 1403 4th Avenue.

Engine 1, 2, and 4 Truck 1 Unit 13, Scottsbluff 1 (Fire Chief)

Upon arrivale Engine 1 reports nothing showing, and then reports smoke coming from the rear of structure. Engine 1 has 1 line off.

Entry reports heavy smoke conditions upon entry and requests ventilation. Upon arrival Engine 2 laying in line for supply. Engine 1 has second line off for roof vent team and is in the process of laddering the structure.

Engine assumes staging and Commander A assumes Safety.

2258hrs - Access to fire is reached and fire is being addressed. Engine 2 assisting with lighting, and extinguishment. Roof team reassigned to overhaul and salvage operations.

The fire was caused by a wood stove and was held to attic, and kitchen areas of the structure.

2249 Alarm struck out by orders of command all units returning to quarters availible, disposition of call extinguishment.


(It is also noted that the crew of Engine 4 were dispatched to a medical call during the incident, and were reassigned to the seperate incident)
