2,000 calls a year, probably about 50,000 served, in a 15 square mile area.

We average between 2600-3000 runs pers year, covering 12 square miles with three stations, and a population of 33,000 at night, which probably drops to about 20,000 during the day. Right now, we are averaging about 10+/- runs every 24 hr. shift.

We get anywhere from 100-150 a year. All depends. Plus we do drills every other week, but those don't count towards our call count.

we have the tops in nursing homes. We have 6 of them in 12 square miles, and one college with dormitories to cover on top of those, and the rest of the community members.

If I had to say, my deparment probably goes on 300 to 400 calls a year out of 4 stations with about 100 personnel. The calls include Fire, Rescue, Extrication, Hazmat, and Mutual Aid. EMS is run by an ambulance service in the county. Most are crap calls. There are a couple biggies though.

We average about 1700 calls a year, that adds up to about 4 calls in a 24 hour shift. Some days we get 10 calls some days no calls. We have 6 stations 2 of them first out paid stations and the other 4 volunteer and resident stations. We cover 64 square miles and serve about 15,000 people, in the summer time that climbes to over 20,000 people.
