07/30/02 Commercial Bldg. Fire 1 story brick warehouse w/ Heavy fire conditions showing when units arrived. Multiple alarm fire, 1st alarm E-1,3, A-1 and C-1. 2nd alarm E-4,6 A-4, Air Resouce 1, HAZMAT-1 and C-2. 3rd alarm E-8,12, A-2 and C-3. Numerous companies rotated thru-out the day. Temps were in the upper 90's. Warehouse contained chemicals used for auto clean-up, numerous explosions and large fire ball in downtown area. Minor FF injuries for heat related injuries.

08/08/02 10-50 PI w/ RESCUE Exit ramp from 52SB to I-40 EB. Car vs Tractor Trailer. A car speeding off an exit ramp lost control and slammed into a tractor trailer headed EB on I-40 cause the truck to slam into the concrete median and causing both the saddle tanks to be ruptured on the truck. Alarm consisted of E-5,11,A-2 and HAZMAT's 1 & 2, and C-2. Both engine companies handled medical and the Truck company handled extrication. HAZMAT's 1& 2 contained apporximatly 150 gal fuel spill.

08/14/02 1story wood Frame structure w/ Heavy fire showing from attic area. Alarm consisted of E-14,9,A-3 and C-3. An additional engine, E-15 and Air Resource 1 for relief and SCBA replinishment. Crews did excellent stop on a rapidly spreading fire. Truck 3 performed Vent wk.
