At about 2335hours on 11.21.02, Engine Company 5 arrived at an MVA at West 4th Ave and South Summit Dr. E5 immedietly requested a Box with an additional Engine Co. stating they had multiple victims trapped. At 2337hours, BC3, E4, L4, and R10 were dispatched for the 10-50 with entrapment. Once all units checked enroute, command announced that they had one vehicle, on its nose, against a brick wall, with four victims inside. Utility poles were also down in the area. E4 was assigned to assist E5 with patient care. L4 and R10 were assigned to vehicle stabalization and then patient extrication. At 2353hours, 2 patients were free, being cared for by E4 and E5. E5 was also manning the safety line, while L4 and R10 continued further extrication and stabalization. The remaining patient/patients? were free at 0001hours.
