Tanner, we work 24/72 right here in St Johns, the easiest way to find out what you want to know would be to phone someone in the job. If thats not convienent e-mail me with your queries, I'll let you know what you need

    Default 24 Hour shift ?

We are a small combination department with 4 drivers on 10/14's and looking to go to a 24/72. I need information regarding how overtime is handled?

    Default 24-72 OT

we handle overtime in with 2-12 hour shifts per day.

    8am-8pm or 8pm-8am.

we were on 10's 14's and switched to 24-72.

It's hard to argue working 90 days a year instead of 180.

My department just started 24/72 from 3 on 3 off 10/14 today. My first shift under the new schedule is tomorow. We are planning to do overtime the same way, two 12 hour shifts. We feel this gives more than just the opposite shift a chance at the call-in and no one has to work more than 36 hours straight.
