Not in NC any more.........
But when I was in the Marines at Camp Lejuene, I lived in Swansboro, and was on the FD there.

DeepRun #22 Hello is Gary still around? Nice station I took some classes from Gary instructing and we used some of your equipment, even repacked some your hose cause you all had a call and didn't get around to it so we helped you all out !

Crash 5 Gary hasn't been around lately. I believe it is because he has taken a job in a neighboring county with thier emergency managenment. But yes he is still a member. I can understand why he has slacked off especially if you look at his years of service and he probably has a increased work load along with he is still teaching alot of classes.
And yes it has been a tough situation in Kinston our station was dispatched along with all our depts. here in Lenoir county which is the county which Kinston is located in. I go to school about 3 miles from the plant and my principal released me and another friend of mine and told us if we needed to go help to go so we did. So we were sent to Kinston F.D. to run their calls while they were on scene at the explosion.Last edited by DeepRun22; 02-01-2003 at 12:26 AM.

Deeprun22 yea we were put on standby to go assist Lenior County by our Emergency Management, as per your EM office. We got everything ready but the 2nd call never came. We had 4 fire departments that I know of, that had 4 engines staffed and read to go. If you see Gary tell him Jeppson said hello and get his email fixed.
