    Unhappy Army Firefighter LODD

This story has few details...so if anyone has more info, feel free to help out. Rest in peace brother.

Army firefighter killed in training accident

(Fort Rucker, Alabama) -- An Army firefighter has been killed
during a training exercise at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
The army says says he and another man were run over by their own
truck putting out a fire in a mock airplane. The military says the
engine was set in "pump gear" to pump water onto the flames and
somehow apparently slipped into drive gear and moved forward.
One was killed. The other was treated for a leg injury and

The Marines had this same terrible thing happen a few years back. Things happen so fast on the fireground. Training or not every operation can be just as deadly.
