We are one of the lucky recipients of this year's grant, however, we are stymied by a "computer glitch" and can't get at the funds! Of course, we were anxious to get our goodies and now have a bunch of bills. Anybody else have similar problems?
FEMA is trying to solve the situation; it appears to be a vendor problem.
