    Default Extrication Resources

Does anyone have any information on Extrication software for PDA's. Specifically, something that provides vehicle data like airbag locations, battery locations, capacitor discharge times, etc.. I have seen several great resources/books on this forum (major kudos!), but nothing specific to PDA's. I know I have seen some links and/or ads, but searching has been elusive.

In regards to your post, I saw these guys at the FireHouse Expo in Baltimore Last summer, YOU may want to check out their websight: http://www.airbagdata.com:8080/abd/airbagdataHome.jsp they have a system that is downloadable to PDAs

Thanks Carl. Looked at that site, good info, that's the type of format I envisioned when starting this search. However, the data is limited. The only data they seem to provide is airbag locations. What is missing is battery locations, capacitor discharge times... just the basic but necessary stuff that is different on specific vehicles.

Has anyone else seen this type of Application for a hand held device like a Palm Pilot?

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Maybe this is something that would be worth persueing for development.

    Buuump

Not sure if anyone has already pointed this one out, but if you have an Android phone you can go to the market and get an app called 'Extricate' that has diagrams and information for hybrid vehicles. And its free!!

If its been mentioned before, sorry!
