    Default Loss of active member

This was not a LODD but was still a loss to our company. A member who has been down a while with cancer lost the battle yesterday evening. He had been a member over 15 years and cancer got the most of him. He was a well liked member of our group and will be missed by all. His name was Jim Barnette. May he rest in peace.

    Unhappy Heart felt loss

Having lost our Asst Chief just a couple of months ago in an MVA while off duty, I understand you loss and pain. My deepest sympathy for the family of Jim and to your department. It makes it no less painfull on duty or off duty to lose a brother or sister from our band of brother/sister hood. May God watch over all of you and place his healing hands on your hearts to comfort you in your time of loss.
