About LinkBacksHi, I was just curious how much different departments require their probies to run and at what pace? How often might be useful also. Thanks for any help!

I've heard that one department has their fire explorers run for 10 minutes straight as fast and as far as you can...
Sounds tiring to me!!!

Hehe, thanks I just want to make sure I am in good enough shape. I'm at the end of a hiring process and hopefully going to be starting soon and would hate to be the slow one!
