Add www.rapidintervention.com to your search list. I haven't thoroughly gone thru it so I don't know if it has specifically what you want, but it is still a really good resource.

Illinois Fire Service Institute does a Fire College every year around 1 June. There is a 24 hour class called Saving Our Own. It is a great introduction to personal safety as well as RIT. Depending on where you are in KY, Champaign is an 1/2 day drive away.

A group of firefighters from allegheny, butler and beaver counties in Western Pennsylvania formed a new corporation dedicated to rapid intervention training and tactics, called ABBET-RIT

    their website is abbetrit.org

Check it out, they have a lot of valuable information.
