We are in the process of putting together a BC command vehicle. We have a used SUV (suburban) until a new one can be spected out.
I would like for anyone to please email me with an equipment list of what you have on your command vehicle. ( example: scba, co detector, fire extinguisher etc.)
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
ED

Here's what we carry in our command vehicle's:
Turnout gear
Fire extinguishers (water can and dri chem)
SCBA
EMS kit (crash bag w/ O2 setup)
Defibulator
IC Kit (various vests (IC, ops, ems, staging with command and accountability boards)
Traffic vest
PFD (personal floatation device, aka life vest)
Filing cabinet with referance materials (pre-plans, haz mat guides, phone numbers of various agencies etc.)
Barrier tape.
Roto wheel measuring device (for pre planning)
Binoculars
That's the bulk of the equipment. I'm sure there are a few things I'm forgeting.
