Our juniors have a 6 month proby period, then a test to get into the normal juniors. if they fail the test they get an extra 3 months added

We give 6 months probation, and then you either get voted in, or voted out. There are no restrictions on what probies can and can't do.
These are my opinions, not those of my career department, my volunteer company, or my affiliates. And by the way, I'm not a Junior.

Buy me a drink, sing me a song, take me as I come 'cause I can't stay long.

1 year for all our explorers before they are allowed to ride on any runs. No voting in required, only approval by Advisors.
