    okays fellow brothers and sisters of the fire service, i need some help. i have tried just about every diet out there and too no prevail they didint work. i was wondering what has worked for you on the issue of weight loss, i am not that overweight, just want to git rid of the old spare tire syndrome.let me know

    One common misconception about losing weight is cutting back on eating. You should actually eat 5 to 6 times a day... but they have to be healthy foods. Just a suggestion, pick up the book "Body For Life", or maybe go to www.bodyforlife.com and see what they have on their site. I'm going to do their 12-week program as soon as my ribs heal, but I'm trying to gain weight and get in shape. From what I understand, this program has helped many people get what they want in terms or weight and health... give it a shot.
