As long as they leave thier nose out of the rest of us Independent Companies business throughout the State...most of us are not concerned....and well have no problems.

Our biggest fear in the Independent Fire/Medical Industry in Arizona is once Rural Metro goes...then the rest of us will be next...but then again its not a fear for alot of us.

Just wanted to say, the Scottsdale R/M guys are a great bunch of guys. I had the opportunity to join them walking the streets of Scottsdale informing the citizens about the vote. Its too bad that the "influentual" people in Scottsdale sent out so much propaganda. Like Darryl said, the fight is not over.

And there will be all kinds of mudslinging and how R/M will bid the contract $1 while FD takeover is to cost millions. All under 1 roof, fire/ems is a fiscally responsible concept. Good luck!
