Hello,

We recently have acquired a new chief and we are in the process of creating a new Training atmosphere in the Department. We are being allowed to revamp the system that has been in place since 1978.
We are currently working on creating a Training Guideline Manual for Probationary Firefighters. If your Department has already produced a similiar document, would it be possible to send us a copy??

On a similar note, does anyone have a general list of probie chores from your station? What sort of things do you assign to the new guy to keep him busy throughout the day?
