    LOS ANGELES, CA:
    STRUCTURE FIRE:

    On Thursday, February 06, 2003, at 1342 hours (1:42 p.m.), nine companies of Los Angeles Firefighters, two Battalion Command Teams, and two LAFD Rescue Ambulances, under the direction of Battalion Commander John A. Buck, responded to a Greater Alarm Structure Fire at 11949 W. Jefferson Boulevard in the Mar Vista area. First units on the scene reported a commercial business over a parking garage with fire and heavy smoke showing. Firefighters using handlines aggressively attacked the fire and confined the fire to “Jaguar Security Services” and extinguished the fire in thirty-six minutes. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is listed as “undetermined”. Fire damage is estimated at $65,000. ($35,000 structure and $30,000 contents)
