    There is alot of on Info out there for you on the net. Depends on what your goals are, but stay away from gimic diets. The best way to lose weight is to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, Increase protien to about .5 to 1.0 grams per pound of body weight. Also drink lots of water, and watch your sugar intake. Also watch the simple carb's, they turn to sugar witch can inturn turn to fat if not burned.

    If you are starting a workout routine try 3 days a week with weights and 2 to 3 days with cardio.

    Hitting the weight room is important to lose Fat, cardio is only a third of the battle. You need good Cardio, resistance training and Diet.

    this link helped me ALOT with training.... it is basically a circuit training workout. it has 14 different exercises that you do with a 30 sec break between each set of 10. once you have done it for awhile you should be able to do these sets at least three times. it is done three times a week along with cardio five times a week. hope it helps!
