Cell Phones at work
What are your policies about employees talking on their cell phones at work. Personally I find it distracting. If someone is on their cell phone and they have a headset over the other ear, it is very likley that they are going to miss radio traffic. We have plenty of phones here if they need to make a call, so why would you need to have your cell phone with you?

We are not allowed to have cell phones in our center. Or any other "foreign electronic equipment" for that matter.

We are allowed to use our personal phones in the center however we must use common sense when doing it."Remember courage is only fear that has said its prayers"
