What justifies a need to request a revision.

Here's the situation:

Our grant was for 14 portable radios with vehicle chargers and included installation charges for the chargers. We are looking at the following changes: half hardwire chargers and half cigarette lighter chargers (half of the radios are for officers to have in their POV) 8 spare batteries and extended warranties for the radios. The money is almost identical so my question is do I need to get approval before making these changes?

You just need to call your FEMA grant representative to get this approval.
