I currently am weighing in at 420 pounds. I have lost about ten pounds mainly from reducing calorie intake and sporadic cardio exercise.
Does anybody have any suggestions for both weight loss and improving general health.

a good start would be eating healthy and lots and lots of exercise.

My suggestion would be a very big life style change where you change your eating habits and then getting on a physical fitness program find something you like to do so that you will stick with it. Also I would suggest going and getting a complete physical from a doctor before you start. It is always better to be safe then sorry. Good Luck
