Hey bud good job on staying in shape, I usually run between 3-4 miles per run about 4 times a week. I usually complete this run in about 25-30 minutes, depending on how hard I want to go. I realize this is no marathon but it keeps me fit and the pounds off. We all know that firefighters eat the best meals haha. Anyways take care bud stay in shape.

I am getting ready to start the academy and we have been advised to be able to run 3 miles in 24 minutes when the academy starts.

I hate to run
I run to the gym "about a mile" and back home. I don't time my self-just try and get out there and enjoy the outdoors. I mountain bike and Kayak when ever possible. My big thing is weight lifting. I would prefer to be strong as a bull then run like Forrest Gump. I can dead lift 500lbs and bench 300+. This is all without spotters just little self-goals I set to “Stay in Shape”
