We had a company due an in house demo of a product called F-500 AKA...Fuel Buster, the product seemed to me like a "to good to be true" kind of product. Has/does anyone use this product, and have any comments good or bad? We are thinking about purchasing this product. We mixed the product in at 1%, and used it at a (training) car fire, and after 10 seconds of flowing water through a 1 3/4 line at 125 psi with a fog nozzle the car was extinguished and using a laser thermometer there was no hot spots left, the car was left for over an hour with no rekindle of any kind at all.

Yes, others use it and most like it. There are about a dozen more threads on this topic, but I only pasted these four. Type "F-500" into the "Search" feature and you'll find them all.
It's amazing how much stuff has already been discussed here, but it drops off the first page in about a day and gets lost. Searching will usually find you plenty of info on most topics.
Fire service survival tips:
1) Cook at 350...
2) Pump at 150...
3) When in doubt, isolate and deny entry...
4) When in trouble, claim lack of adult supervision.
