The National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, MD offers a course called 'ALS response to Hazardous Materials Incidents'.

I may be incorrect, it seems the USFA course takes elements of HAZMAT tech class specific to EMS needs. In their ALS Hazmat class. If you have time I would suggest taking the Hazmat operations, Tech A and B. You will get the toxicology, chemistry, but also the operations of the scene. I don't know if the course covers hospital decon issues, performing medical care during a decon line, EMS for the Hazmat Techs and other EMS operations during a hazmat incident. If you don't have the time for 3 classes, the UFSA course seems pretty good.
