just wondering if anyone knows of a community college or small state university that has a program in fire science, as well as a football team.

The University of Maryland has an outstanding fire science program.

Utah State Valley State College is home of the Utah Fire Rescue Academy in Provo/Orem Utah.
UFRA has an Associate & Bachelor degree in Fire Science along with Paramedic courses.

The University of New Haven has a great fire science department, with concentrations in Arson Invest., Admin, and Technology, and dont forget the B.S. in Fire Protection Engineering as well as a Div. II scholarship football team.

The university of Cincinnati offers an associates in fire science, and a B.S. in fire and safety engineering technology.
