You know, it could be for the Thermal Imager. there is a Talisman Thermal Imager laying right in front of the TV, and many thermal imagers now have the capability to braodcast their signal to a receiver. Our new Thermal Imagers both can transmit to our Incident Command Unit, which has an antennna as well as a video screen. If we want to, we can hook a TV VCR into it, and then record what they see on the inside.

Yeah, it's actually pretty cool. We have two of them, one for each one of our imagers. The TV's are located in the back of our walk-through rescue/salvage so you can watch what is going on while getting rehabed or whatnot.

They could also support water rescue and have an underwater or confined space camera.
