Huh? What? Duh?
"The education of a firefighter and the continued education of a firefighter is what makes "real" firefighters. Continuous skill development is the core of progressive firefighting. We learn by doing and doing it again and again, both on the training ground and the fireground."

Here in my state, in Australia, we only have zip up and lace up fire boots, pull ons went out of service years ago. I work as a career firefighter in the big city and also vollie in my local rural community. So I wear fire boots enough as it is, I can't imagine wearing the the things around on my off days just because I might get a run with my vollie station, although I might have them on from time to time on my off days if an extreme wildland fire risk exists (100 degrees plus etc) when you are just about guaranteed a run.

hey i should of revised my message i dont always wear them day after day, funny guys i see, i dont wear them on my online fire thing, im getting tired of you guys jumping on me for that, if it was your idea it would be cool but if its someone elses its stupid. i tend to wear them "sometimes" even though im not on a fire call, maybe i just should keep my mouth shut.

1. Stupid is stupid no matter who came up with the idea.
2. Threads that start like your's go over just fine in the JR/Explorer forum. If you choose to post them in the firefighters forum you are fair game.
3. Grow thicker skin or you will never last in the fire service.
4. That may be your best option.maybe i just should keep my mouth shut."We shouldn't be opening firehouses in Baghdad and closing them in New York City."

Rather than wondering about "rubbers" and your online
fire department, I would work on your sentence structure
and basic writing skills. Maybe ask one of your teachers
for some assistance?
I am not slamming or making fun of you, just making a

Good heavens, I actually agree with CALFFBOU.
I hope you are not the "Cheif" of your "online fire thing", it must be impossible to answer a call if you can not decipher the damn message. I can see it now, 50 explorers race through cyberspace with lights blazing on their pushbikes handlebars, all to the wrong address.
Saying "I now what I meant" is not an excuse either, the purpose of a language is to inform others what you mean.
Should be....hey i should of revised my message i dont always wear them day after day, funny guys i see, i dont wear them on my online fire thing, im getting tired of you guys jumping on me for that, if it was your idea it would be cool but if its someone elses its stupid. i tend to wear them "sometimes" even though im not on a fire call, maybe i just should keep my mouth shut.
Hey I should have revised my message, I don't always wear them day after day. I do not wear them on my online fire website, and I am getting tired of you guys jumping on me for that. If it were your idea it would be ok, but if it is someone else’s then it must be stupid.
