Fishing tip #3862.
Hey, Jay:
You don't even have to set your beer down to set the hook on a fish.
Tighten your drag all the way down and then take a pair of mini-vise grips and continue to tighten the drag until the vise grips start to slip.
A tight drag will complement your 250 lb. test line quite nicely.
Catch and release buddy.
Do you want me to bring my autographed picture of Babe Winkleman with me on the 23rd?
Oh-oh; does anyone else in here know trainer and I are coming to Hinckleyville to play golf on May 23rd? Whew! For a minute, I thought I let the cat out of the bag. Or in this case, the "catfish".

OK, Jay:
If you aren't tired of eating Mrs. Paul by now, our post total is in jeopardy.
Connecticut is starting to catch up.
Haven't had a good laugh in a while.
Rumor has it that we are getting a new state fire marshal.
MIKEY was at the Sunday nite meeting.

I'm Back.....
Well, had my hooks in the water trolling these last two weeks; didn't catch a thing. Typical. Next time, I'll try fishing for fishes.

Fishing for golf balls.
Actually, Jay the Digger was fishing but it was fishing his golf balls out of the water hazards at beautiful Indian Oaks Country Club.
It is only natural, that, if you are going to swear at your ball like a drunken sailor, it will be attracted to the water. And when they weren't landing in the water, they were being attacked by squirrels. The geese were well behaved, but I didn't take my eyes off of them, the sneaky bastards. I have a bad goose experience that I won't go into right now.
Fore!

GET IN THE **#^@% HOLE YOU ROTTEN *&%^ #^$^^@#!!!!!
Ah, CR, you know what happened every time I cursed at my ball! It even started working for you! The ball-retriever is the most-used club in my bag!
By the way, it was your ball that the squirrel was after. It was in the fairway, remember? I wasn't in the fairway all day.....
I think we need to hear about this goose story of yours. It would be therapudic, you know, kinda like CISD. What happended? Get your Christmas Goose early?
