California driver killed in rollover in Juab
NEPHI — The Utah Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident in Juab County in which the driver was killed.
Killed was:
Sharon Watts, 58, Madera, Calif.
About 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, Watts was a car north on I-15 near milepost 198, about 20 miles north of Nephi, UHP Lt. Doug McCleve said.
Investigators believe Watts fell asleep and the car rolled. Watts, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected, McCleve said.
She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her two passengers, in their 30s, were belted in and were uninjured, McCleve said.

I disagree with the seatbealt law, only because a person should have the freedom of choice, but also because it helps remove the stupied from the populace(sp?)
Again it is sad that a pearson not only was to stupied to pull over when tired, but to stupied to put on there seatbelt. How much you want to bet that they other 2 passangers never will forget this lesson.
