Live Dispatch

How do these sites enable live dispatch and how would I go about doing it on my site? Also how can you listen to it, because whenever I try, I can't hear anything?

I'm not sure how you would be able to do it, I don't understand all that stuff but a reason you may not be able to listen is a firewall or something similar. Also make sure you have the required player to listen to that particular department such as Windows Media Player or Real Player. If you have corrected all the problems I have listed I do not have the slightest idea what to tell you. I hope this helps!
