    Default PM Notifications Part Deux

    Dear Webteam:

    Ok, I know you don't have time to look into the PM pop-up notification thing, but can you move the "Private Messages" box on the bottom of the forums list to the top? At least that way someone can see if they have new PMs as soon as they load the forums.
