    Default How to start an RFPD or ESD?

    I am looking into starting a RFPD or an ESD in a texas county. If anyone has any information on how to go about doing this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

    In MHO they are the authority of starting a FD and doin it right. They can be alot of help.
