    All ya hear anymore is WMD, Haz Mat, Terrorism this and that, BUt damit, what about the depts that can not afford equipment and training to provide the basics, let alone the above mentioned type incidents.

    When are the feds and States gonna wake up and direct this $$$$$$$$$ where the real priorities should be ?!?!?!?!?!?!?
