I'm sure this has been around the web a few times by now, but I got it today in an e-mail and it's worth a look.
I especially liked the quotes by the founding fathers... Those guys said some pretty powerful stuff, and I'm sure if they were still around they'd be amazed how pertinent it still is 200+ years later...

Fire service survival tips:
1) Cook at 350...
2) Pump at 150...
3) When in doubt, isolate and deny entry...
4) When in trouble, claim lack of adult supervision.

Powerful. Brings back the feelings too many people have forgotten.
As a former Marine, my thoughts, prayers, and hopes are all with my comrades in arms. I owe my life, my freedoms, my liberty to them and their selflessness, and I Never Forget that."Too many people spend money they haven't earned, to buy things they don't want, to impress people they don't like." May we never forget the FDNY 343 and the PAPD and NYPD 60 that gave their lives to save others, along with the thousands that have paid the ultimate cost to ensure that we as a nation remain free. God Bless each one.

I am sitting here, trying to find words to describe my feeling as I watch that website. Even today, almost 2 years after it all happened, it feels like I have been punched in the gut. I will never forget and I will not let those I know ever forget.
