I hope some of you can help me. I am a Computer Engineer who works for a software company looking at possibly providing services for a large fire truck manufacturer. But in order to fully understand how we can help this company we must first fully understand the needs of their clients and their potential clients. If I can be sure that we can address those needs and have a good understanding of those needs then we may be able to help not only this customer but also their clients. So I am really looking for any thoughts on purchasing a new truck. What you look for, What you expect? How good these companies are at delivering a product on time? ETC. I really appreciate any feedback you folks can give me. Thank you very much for your time.
