STLFN: VALLEY PARK, MO (ST. LOUIS COUNTY): Valley Park FPD has a 1st alarm apartment fire at 133 Forest Parkway. 1st in pumper reports heavy smoke, pulling a jiffy. Command reports fire on the 3rd floor of a 3 story apartment house. ===== /STL819. 12:25a.m.
