Good Grief!!!
What a time it has been....
First and foremost, for much of June I had a veeery sick little boy to take care of. He's doing much better now, and I do hope we've seen the last of the hospital for awhile.
Secondly...the StayBack residence is now covered Alcoa's finest Victorian Gray vinyl siding.
Thirdly...STORMS, STORMS, STORMS!!!!!!!! July has been the busiest month for calls in my department's history. I personally have spent over $1,350.00 having damaged trees removed from my (and my neighbor's..ooops!) property this summer. Last Monday my area was hit by two F-0 tornadoes and bigtime floods. I'm waiting for the locusts and blood-flowing rivers....SHEEEESH!!!!
So Stayback's still around...just not in Kansas anymore.

Well... maybe not, but you could pray to the Guinness Gods a little more often...
But seriously, it is good to hear you are still around, and that the little stayback (do we call him StayBack250FT?) is feeling better. I am sure he will be ready to join you in your on going fight to rid the world of the dreaded stop signs and their fiendishly evil plot for world domination. Ummm, I mean.... I am sure he will be ready to, how you American's say, "Toss the ol' pigskin around" or something like that (my Canadian to American Dictionary is still being developed).
Glad to see you, ummm, weathered the storms...

Good to know you are ok. Between the F2 that moved through Potter Co. and the many severe T-storms I saw moving through the area I was beginning to wonder if you were lying on the side of the road somewhere with POTS on your forehead.
I am glad to hear that your son is doing better. Sorry to hear about the hospital stay. Hope the rest of your summer is quiet and uneventful.Shawn M. Cecula

HEY SB, WELCOME 'HOME'!!! And ya I was wondering too, if you had had another 'P O T S' encounter, but with a flying sign this time. Good to hear otherwise.
Also, I hope that "SB250" is doing much better, and contiues to grow. I know that sort of thing can be extremely draining both physically and emotionally.
Continue to pay respects to the Guinness Gods and ye shall be fine.

Sorry about that. I am going to blame it on lack of sleep which made me see things
(actually, I sorta hoped that Lady would sink my battleship

Good to hear from our friendly American Protagonist again!

So what exactly does a Schoolteacher/Firefighter with an aversion to Stop Signs and Cream Pies do for the summer break? (aside from nursing the wee one of course)
I suppose vacations to Canada are rare eh!
