I have just finished the written and physical tests in Nashville, TN.
I am 22 and this is my first time to try to become a firefighter. As the interviews begin to approach, I am getting nervous because I am not quite sure what to exspect. If anyone can give me some helpful hints, that would be great. Also, what is a "Nugget"? I have read about it in some of the articles.

We coined the word "Nugget". A "Nugget" is an answer to an oral board question that's going to get you your top score on that question, satisfy the panel and cause them to go onto the next question. You will get bonus points by personalizing your answers. Adding a story from your life experience relating to the question.
