Hi all,
I am going to be teaching a transportation emergencies class in the near future and was wondering if anyone has any idea where to find any type of literature or instructor's guide for this class. all I have is the normal HazMat literature.
thanks

Hey Lou - You can call CHEMTREC 800-424-9300 for any questions regarding transportation emergencies. Send me a private message if you have any specific questions. Take care out there.

Some ideas:
1. Gasoline Tank Truck Emergencies, Guidelines & Procedures. Fire Protection Publications Oklahoma State University. Is a must and is the primary literature we use for our tank truck rollover course that we present to fire departments. If you don't have one I can send you a few.
2. Emergency Handling of Hazardous Materials in Surface Transportation. Bureau of Explosives.
Also a good link, that you may already be aware of is http://environmentalchemistry.com/index.html
